摘 要:
深水区钻井相比于浅水区的一个重要区别是浅层钻井作业。由于深水海底浅层具有土质疏松、低温、地质灾害风险大和破裂压力梯度低等特点,使得表层导管的下入遇到了较大挑战。通过对钻入法下入工艺在深水区适应性、表层导管喷射和鱼雷锚固下入工艺的作业特点、作业流程的研究,分析了其适用范围、技术特点及要求:钻入法对浅层土质较硬的深水表层导管下入具有好的适应性;喷射法下入表层导管工艺具有作业时效高、操作简单、作业装备工具需求少等特点,能很好的满足深水浅层钻井要求,具有良好的经济性能,应用前景广阔;鱼雷锚固法下入表层导管因其对浅层土体扰动少,在土质极其松软的地层具有较好的适应性。并针对深水浅层钻井技术研究现状,对我国南海深远海油气区块浅层钻井作业方式给出了推荐措施。

摘 要:
An important difference for deepwater and shallow water drilling is the shallow strata drilling operation.Due to deepwater seabed with the characteristics of loose soil,low temperature,high geological disasters and low fracture pressure,Which caused the installation of surface conductor with great challenges.Adaptability of deepwater conductor installation techniques,operation features and procedures for conductor'sjetting and torpedo anchoring installation techniques are researched,and their rang of application,technical features and requirements are analyzed.Drilling method has a good adaptability in hard formaion;Jetting process has the characters of high working time efficiency,easy operation,less equipment demand,meeting the requirements of deepwater shallow strata drilling,and good economic performance and wide application prospects.As the installation technique of torpedo anchor has less soil disturbance,thus it has a good adaptability in extremely soft soil strata.Finally,according to the research status of deepwater shallow strata drilling technology,recommendations are given for the shallow strata drilling operations in South China Sea.
