鱼类培养的体细胞与成熟卵的电融合技术研究

摘  要:
利用极化注射仪—I型,对混有青鱼体外培养细胞的草鱼,鲢鱼成熟未受精卵进行正弦交(?)电场处理,使细胞与卵紧密接触,继而进行两次电脉冲。结果在673粒草鱼实验卵中有45粒发育至囊胚期,12粒发育至血液循环期,孵出鱼苗8尾。在224粒鲢鱼实验卵中,有68粒发育至囊胚期,13粒发育至血液循环期,孵出鱼苗6尾。鱼类体外培养细胞和未受精卵融合后,能继续分裂发育,说明已分化的体细胞核仍具有发育的全能性。

摘  要:
The cultured somatic cells of Black carp and matured eggs of Big head and Grass carp were treated by the electron field of sine wave with polarizer & injector-I to make the cells and eggs touched close togethor. After that, twice elctron pulse was employed. By the treating, 45 eggs developed into blastuls stage, 12 eggs developed into blool circulating stage, and 8 eggs developed into fry among 673 eggs of Big head. 68 eggs develo;ed into blastuls stage, 13 eggs develo;ed into blood circulating stage and 6 fry was hatched out among 224 eggs of Grass of Grass carp. The cultured cells could be fused into matured eggs and the fused egg could develop into fry.This suggested that the cultured somatic cells still had the ability to develop into fry.
