“空心村”问题成因分析及解决对策

摘  要：
With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization and the sustainable and rapid development of economy, the rural surplus capital transformed to the burgeoning dwelling houses fleetly. At the same time, the old unused residential land rose in general in villages. And the phenomena of hollow village was very serious, which brought many problems in villages, such as worsening the conflicts of more people and less lands, impropriating large amount of land, directly affecting food production and farmers' income, worsening the ecological deterioration and going against the new countryside construction. According to these problems, government should actively study the method innovation of moving usufruct of collective construction land, make the better planning of villages, strengthen the policy leading and the management of residential land, boost the rural integrating construction, resolve the problem of hollow village rationally, mitigate the pressure on construction land and assure the safety of the national food.
