摘 要：
采用8 000 IU/mg苏云金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)油悬浮剂飞机超低容量喷雾防治蜀柏毒蛾(Parocneria orienta Chao),剂量为450、600 g/hm2,施药后7 d防效均达到85%以上,观察柏木(Cupressus funebris End)鳞叶被取食率及柏木被害比例,结果表明苏云金杆菌具有良好的持效性。结合防治效果与药剂成本,推荐使用量为450~600 g/hm2。

摘 要：
8 000 IU / mg Bacillus thuringiensis oil-suspension was applied to control Parocneria orienta Chao on Cupressus funebris by aerial spraying.The pesticide with both dosages,450 g / ha and 600 g / ha showed control effects higher than 85% at the 7th day after the application.We found that B.thuringiensis oil-suspension had good controlling persistence against P.orienta Chao by observing the eating rate of scale leaves and injury rate of the plants.According to the effects and cost,the dosages between 450 g / ha and 600 g / ha were advised.
