月季衰老机理及保鲜影响因素的研究进展

摘  要:
月季保鲜是月季研究的重大课题之一。文章通过详细分析月季衰老机理及采后保鲜影响因素,发现月季保鲜研究虽逐年增多,但至今仍缺乏一套完整的保鲜技术,主要表现为:针对瓶插环境(温度、湿度、光照等)影响及采前预处理的研究较少,所涉及的品种不多,目前尚未研制出通用型保鲜剂。因此,当前月季保鲜技术的研究工作需扩大研究领域,充分考虑采前预处理的影响效力,加大采前处理研究力度;深入研究不同月季品种的衰老机理,以市场主流品种、新品种为切入点,增加研究品种;月季保鲜研究工作应从环保的理念出发,研发出环保无毒、适用范围广的通用型保鲜液,促进我国月季切花产业的快速发展。

摘  要:
The rose preservation is the center of rose research. Through analyzing rose senescence mechanism and the influencing factors of postharvest rose fresh-keeping, it was found that in spite of more and more research in this regard, a total package of rose fresh-keeping was still not developed. Little research was made on vase environment(temperature,humid, light) and preharvest pretreatments. Very few varieties were covered. No universal preservative was available.Thus, more efforts should be made in studying pretreatment effects and senescence mechanism of different rose varieties.Popular and new rose varieties should be included in the research. According to environmental protection concepts, a poison-free, environmental-friendly and wide-spread universal preservative should be developed to further accelerate the development of cut rose industry in China.
