高校人力资源管理的伦理内涵

摘  要:
随着我国企事业单位人事制度的变革,高校在人事管理方面也开始过渡到现代人力资源管理的模式,但由于目前尚处在转变的初期阶段,传统的人事管理制度却依然占据主导地位,在此过程中出现的诸多伦理问题成为高校人事制度改革的制约因素。从管理伦理和组织伦理的角度分析高校在人力资源管理中的问题,在人力资源管理中引进道德原则或伦理规范来处理人事关系,是推动高校人事制度改革的重要环节,是高校有效整合人力资源、形成发展动力、保持核心竞争力的必要举措,也是高校管理文化的必然体现,对高校的生存和发展有着至关重要的作用。

摘  要:
With the changes of Chinese enterprises,institutions and personnel system,human resource management in colleges and universities began to transition to an modern human resource management model.For it is in an early stages,the transition of the traditional personnel management system is still dominant,many of the ethical problems in the process become the restricts of reforms of personnel system in colleges and universities.To analyze problems of human resource management in university from the perspective of management ethics and organizational ethics,and introduce moral principles and ethics to deal with human relations,is an important part of the personnel system reform of colleges and universities.It is necessary measures of effectively integrating human resources to form the development momentum and keeping core competitiveness,is also inevitable embodiment of college management culture,playing a vital role of the survival and development of colleges and universities.
