西宁市栽培大黄生长发育规律研究

摘  要：
在西宁市大黑沟的试验地上直接播种野生唐古特大黄种子,研究栽培唐古特大黄的生长发育规律。结果表明,栽培唐古特大黄在生长季节之内,地上部分、地下部分的生长高峰不是同步出现,在初期地上部分生长速率高于地下部分,而在后期地下部分的生长速率赶上并超过了地上部分;而植株叶片数、地上部分与地下部分的含水量在整个生长期内的变化不是很大;但是叶片面积、根长、生物量的月际间积累及年际间积累均呈现出先慢后快的生长趋势。

摘  要：
Wild rhubarb(Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex.Balf.) was directly seeding in the soil of Daheigou area in Xining city to study its growth and development law.The result showed that the growth peak of above ground part and underground part of cultivated rhubarb was unsynchronized.At the beginning of growing season,the growth rate of aboveground part was faster than that of underground part;but by the end of growing season,underground part grew faster than the aboveground part.The leaf number,water contents of aboveground part and underground part were stable during the growth period;however,the leaf area,root length,biomass accumulation showed the trend of exponential growth.
