安义瓦灰鸡快羽、慢羽纯系选育及自别雌雄技术研究

摘  要:
对安义瓦灰鸡进行了快羽和慢羽纯系的选育研究,其快羽、慢羽纯系配套后代的自别雌雄准确率达94.96%以上.探讨了羽速基因对安义瓦灰鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、早期生长速度、体尺性状和屠宰性能的影响,结果显示:5~6周龄慢羽鸡的平均体重显著大于快羽鸡;快羽公鸡的头重极显著地大于慢羽公鸡,慢羽母鸡的半净膛重和脚重均显著地大于快羽母鸡;快羽纯系的62周龄产蛋量极显著地低于慢羽纯系;其他性能在快羽、慢羽纯系之间的差异均不显著.

摘  要:
The breeding of rapidly-feathering pure line and slowly-feathering pure line of Anyi tile-like gray chicken was carried out.The autosexing accurate rate of the progenies from the hybrid combinations of the two pure lines reached 94.96%.The influences of feathering speed gene on the egg production performance,egg quality,growth speed at early stage,traits of body size and slaughter properties of Anyi tile-like gray chicken were explored.The results showed that the average body weight of 5 ~ 6 week-old slowly-feathering chickens was significantly larger than that of rapidly-feathering chickens at the same age.The head weight of rapidly-feathering cocks was extremely significantly higher than that of slowly-feathering cocks.The semi-eviscerated weight and foot weight of slowly-feathering hens were significantly larger than those of rapidly-feathering hens.The egg production of 62-week-old rapidly-feathering pure line was very significantly lower than that of slowly-feathering pure line at the same age.The differences in other performances between the rapidly-feathering pure line and the slowly-feathering pure line were not significant.
