牧草叶蛋白营养物质含量测定试验

摘  要:
采用凝固法提取毛叶苕子、白三叶、黑麦草等3种人工牧草的叶蛋白,并测定了叶蛋白的营养物质含量。结果:3种牧草的叶蛋白提取率为10.9%~12.9%(P>0.05);干物质的营养物质均值,粗蛋白(46.7%)略低于豆粕(49.4%,P>0.05),粗脂肪(11.1%)高于植物性蛋白饲料(P<0.01,大豆除外),粗纤维(1.33%)低于植物性蛋白饲料(P<0.01),钙、磷含量明显高于植物性蛋白饲料。表明毛叶苕子、白三叶、黑麦草等3种牧草均属于高蛋白饲料,是制作叶蛋白的良好原料。

摘  要:
Using the method of solidifying to refine the blade-protein from the blade of Vicia Villosa Roth,Trifolium repens L.,Rye-grass,moveover tested the nutrient content of the blade-protein.The result showed that the rate of blade -protein refined from3types of forage grass was10.9%~12.9%(P>0.05);The average value of nutrient in dry material,CP.(46.7%)was lower than that of Soya-bean(49.4%,P>0.05),CF.(11.1%)was higher than that of other plant protein feed(P<0.01,besides of beans),CF.(1.33%)was lower than that of other plant protein feed(P<0.01),Ca P was higher obvious-ly than that of other plant protein feed.The study indicated that Vi-cia Villosa Roth、Trifolium repens L.and Rye-grass are parts of high protein feed,can be used to refine blade protein.
