人工诱导泌乳后血浆及乳汁中17β-雌二醇含量的动态变化

摘  要:
用放射免疫分析方法测定了6头激素诱导泌乳的黑白花奶牛血浆和乳汁中17β-E_2的含量,结果表明,诱导泌乳后乳汁中17-β-E_2的含量较高(第1d 为261.98±20.21pg/mL,第3d为460.62±67.95 pg/mL,第5、7和9d 时分别为684.58±143.87.376.50±74.34 pg/mL 和397.75±85.60 pg/mL),之后含量逐渐下降,第15d 时达到88.70±65.23pg/mL,第25d 时为26.37±5.13 pg/mL,与正常发情周期,怀孕期和产后期的浓度相当.血浆与乳汁中雌二醇含量呈明显的正相关.

摘  要:
Estradiol-17β in blood plasma and milk during the first month of induced lactation in 6 Holstein cows was estimated by radioimmunoassay. Lactation was induced with estradiol- 17βand progesterone treatment for 7 days. Estradil-17β in milk after lactation induction was rather higher(261.98±20.21pg/mL on day 1,460.62±67.95pg/mL on day 3,684.58±143.87and 376.50±74.34pg/mL on day 5 and 7,respectively),however,the concentration declines thereafter and reached 397.75±85.60pg/mL on Day 9,88.70±65.23pg/mL on Day 15,26.37±5.13 pg/mL on Day 25.
