小麦秸秆切碎机切碎性能的试验研究

摘要：

针对小麦秸秆的切碎加工问题,在自制的立式麦秸切碎机台上,进行了切碎机主要工作参数对秸秆切碎程度影响的试验研究。试验采用系统分组的方法进行。试验结果表明,甩刀末端线速度、甩刀工作密度、甩刀重复度及其交互作用对切碎机工作质量影响显著。并且建立了甩刀末端线速度、甩刀工作密度、甩刀重复度和切碎率的回归数学模型。

摘要：

To solve the problem of chopping wheat straw,the experiment was conducted on a vertical wheat straw cutter bench to test the influence of main working parameters on chopping effect.The method of system groups was adopted in the experiment.The experiment re-sults show that the influence of tip linear velocity,working density,repeated level and their reciprocities on the cutter's working quality is remarkable.The mathemat-ical models related tip linear velocity,working density,repeated level of chopper knife to straw chopped rate es-tablished.
