摘  要：
通过对其满水库节水改造的效果分析得出:在塔河流域灌区,对平原水库进行缩库、防渗处理和渠系的“三级”渠道防渗处理,可有效地提高灌区的渠系水利用率,节水效果十分明显,有利于灌区节水农业的可持续发展。

摘  要：
This paper analyses the effect after water saving reconstruction project of Qiman reservoir.The result shows that: In irrigation region of Tarim River Basin,the effect of water saving is very obvious to reduce water area and prevent leakage of plain reservoir and prevent leakage of "three grade" channel of ditch system.It can promote sustainable development of water saving agriculture in irrigation region.
