高速插秧机稀植分插机构仿真分析与试验

摘  要:
针对超级稻大株距稀植要求,提出一种基于双转臂式差动椭圆齿轮系稀植分插机构,适合栽插株距从200~280mm、秧苗高度小于350 mm的毯状秧苗。使用Solid Works对提出的稀植分插机构进行三维建模,检验其装配关系和结构设计合理性。基于ADAMS软件对该分插机构进行动力学仿真分析,得出该分插机构的秧针尖点轨迹、速度、加速度,以及齿轮箱各级椭圆齿轮啮合力和中心轮轴力矩曲线。基于图像处理对提出的稀植分插机构样机进行运动轨迹和姿态测定试验,结果表明:所得的测试结果与Adams仿真所得结果一致。根据现有设备及插秧试验台架对上述空载试验分插机构进行插秧试验,得出取秧率为100%,插秧直立度接近90°。

摘  要:
Aiming at the sparse planting requirement of the row spacing,the sparse planting transplanting mechanism based on a double jib arm type of the differential motion elliptical gear transmission was put forward,which is fit for transplanting the row spacing from 200 mm to 280 mm and the seedling height less than 350 mm. The kinematic model of the transplanting mechanism is established,and the angle relation between the gears of the differential elliptic gear train is deduced. According to the established kinematics model of the sparse planting transplanting mechanism. Solid Works was used for the 3D modeling of the sparse planting transplanting mechanism,and verifying the assembly relations and structural design. The dynamics simulation of the transplanting mechanism is carried out by the ADAMS software,and the trajectory,velocity and acceleration of the seedling pinpoint and the meshing force of the elliptical gears and the center axle torque curve of the gear box are obtained. The motion trajectory and attitude measure experiment of the sparse planting transplanting mechanism prototype are carried out based on the image processing. The experimental results show that the test results obtained are consistent with the theoretical analysis results.
