汾河太原段水体浮游藻类群落DCCA研究

摘  要:
对汾河太原段19km的水体设8个采样点,采集62个浮游藻类进行除趋势典范对应分析(DCCA)排序,这8个样点可分为4组,分别指示水质属于清洁、β-中污带、α-中污带和多污带。DCCA第一轴可反映水体污染程度,第二轴反映水体中Fe的浓度。物种多样性研究采用6个多样性指数,采用DCCA排序。结果表明,COD与水体污染状况关系最大,对水生生物群落物种多样性影响最显著,各多样性指数随水体污染等级加大而呈显著下降的趋势。

摘  要:
Algae are the major producers in the freshwater ecosystem.Previous studies have shown that the structure and species composition of an algae community is directly related to the quality of water in its environment.Different kinds of pollutants have correspondingly different influences on the species compositions,populations and structures of an algae community.The variation in the structure of an algae community is in turn an indicator of water quality changes to some extent.In this paper,detrended canonical correspondence analysis(DCCA) was used to analyze samples collected from 8 different sites along a 19 kilometer long segment of the Fenhe River around the City of Taiyuan.Two different samples were collected from each site.Totally,62 algae species were identified,and such physical and chemical variables as temperature,pH,COD,DO,total N,total P,Fe,and total Ca for samples from each site were measured.The algae diversity data and the values of the environmental factors were subjected to matrix DCCA coordination,and the results indicated that the 8 sampling sites could be clustered into 4 groups,which represented different water qualities ranging from being oligosaprobic(non-polluted),β-mesosaprobic(moderately polluted),α-mesaprobic(heavily polluted) to polysaprobic(extremely polluted).The first axis by DCCA coordination reflected the degree of water pollution,while the second axis reflected the concentration of Fe.The amount of COD correlated mostly with the status of water pollution and influenced remarkably the diversity of species in the algae community,as reflected by 6 different diversity indices.The values of each biodiversity indices decreased with the increases in the severity of pollution.As a useful tool in biological monitoring,the correlation between algae community structure and species diversity and water quality can be used to assess levels of water pollution.
