摘 要：
为了进一步了解甘肃省W市种羊场羊布鲁菌病血清流行率情况及空间分布,为当地种羊场羊布鲁菌病的防控提供参考。本研究采用血清学检测以及群间、空间分析的方法,对甘肃省W市种羊场进行羊布鲁菌病血清流行病学调查。结果表明,W市2016年种羊场布病表观血清流行率为38.10%,真实血清流行率为45.69%,个体表观血清流行率为6.61%,真实血清流行率为5.84%;2017年种羊场布病表观血清流行率为47.62%,真实血清流行率为57.75%,个体表观血清流行率为4.79%,真实血清流行率为3.53%;2次检出的阳性种羊场主要分布在农区,牧区种羊场未检出布病阳性羊。表明W市阳性种羊场数量有所增加,布病表现出明显的区域性特征。

摘 要：
To understand the prevalence and spatial distribution of Brucellosis in breeding sheep farms in W city and provide references for control of Brucellosis in local breeding sheep farms.Serological epidemiological investigation of Brucellosis of sheep was conducted in the sheep breeding farms in Gansu province by serological test,herd and spatial analysis methods.In 2016,the apparent seroprevalence of sheep breeding farms was 38.10%,the true seroprevalence was 45.69%,the individual apparent seroprevalence was 6.61%,and the individual true serogroup prevalence was 5.84%.In 2017,the apparent seroprevalence of sheep breeding farms was 47.62%,the true seroprevalence was 57.75%,the individual apparent seroprevalence of the individual was 4.79%,and the individual true serogroup prevalence was 3.53%.The positive breeding sheep farms were mainly distributed in the agricultural areas,and no positive farms were found in pasture areas.The number of positive breeding sheep farms in this city has increased,the positive farms showed obvious regional distribution characteristics.
