苯嘧磺草胺生物活性测定

摘  要:
[目的]进行苯嘧磺草胺的室内和田间生物活性测定。[方法]在温室和田间条件下,采用苗后茎叶喷雾处理的方法对苯嘧磺草胺的除草效果进行研究。[结果]室内试验结果表明,苯嘧磺草胺对大部分阔叶杂草有较高的防效,对禾本科杂草效果很差;随着杂草叶龄的增加,除草效果降低;处理后12 h降雨对药效基本无影响,处理后6 h降雨,防效有所下降,处理后2 h之内降雨,药效明显降低。田间试验结果表明,在180 g a.i./hm2剂量下,对杂草的总防效可达85%。[结论]苯嘧磺草胺具有较高的灭生性除草效果,环境因子对其药效有一定的影响。

摘  要:
[Aims] This papar aims to studythe bioactivity of saflufenacil in greenhouse and field. [Methods] Weed targets were treated with post-emergence spraying. [Results] The results in greenhouse showed that saflufenacil can controlmost of the broad weeds, as the increase of weeds stage the control effects were reduced; rainfall has no effect on weeds control after 6 hours treatment; retreatment will be considered if rainfall occur in 2 hours treatment, the weeds control ofsaflufenacil was 85% at 180 g a.i./ha. [Conclusions] As a non-selective herbicide, saflufenacil can control most broads weeds, factors of environment have some effects on the efficacy of saflufenacil.
