Study on Realization Mechanism of the Economic Value of the Ecological Resources——Based on the Historical Changes of Tea Industry in Guizhou Province

Based on the investigation of the historical changes of tea industry in Guizhou,this paper explored how to realize the economic value of ecological resources in underdeveloped areas from the perspective of ecological resources property rights,and excavated the realization mechanism of the economic value of ecological resources.The research results showed that:(1) high-quality ecological resources achieved their added value through ecological products,thereby enhancing the total income of ecological resources,income growth makes people gradually have the will to identify ecological functions and define the power of ecological resources property rights;(2) the upgrading of market demand structure urges operators to identify and develop new functions of ecological resources,thus promoting the upgrading of ecological industry and increasing the total income of ecological resources;(3) ecological industry policy and laws relating to the transaction of property rights of natural resources jointly act on the market,improve the transaction efficiency of ecological resources management rights and related rights,and provide policy support and legal guarantee for the realization of the value of property rights of ecological resources;(4)the laws and regulations on ecological environment protection are the important guarantee important guarantee for the sustainable transformation of economic value of ecological resources.
