武功山草甸土壤微生物分布影响因素研究

摘  要:
为了解武功山草甸土壤微生物的分布情况,在武功山金顶附近采集土样,重点分析了海拔高度和干扰程度的变化对武功山草甸土壤微生物细菌、放线菌和真菌分布情况的影响。研究表明,武功山草甸土壤微生物总数最多的是放线菌,其次是细菌,最后是真菌;海拔高度会影响武功山三大草甸土壤微生物的数量变化,三者的变化趋势基本一致;不同干扰程度对草甸土壤微生物数量的影响存在显著性差异,而且适度的干扰会增加草甸土壤中微生物的数量;不同的生态因子对草甸土壤微生物的分布都存在着一定程度的影响。

摘  要:
In order to understand the distribution of microorganisms in Wugong mountain meadow soil, this research collected the soil samples around Jinding of Wugong mountain, mainly analyzing the effect of altitude and interference degree of wugong mountain meadow on soil microbial bacteria, actinomyces and fungi. The results showed that the maximum of meadow soil microorganism in Wugong mountain is the actinomycetes, followed by bacteria and fungus; the quantity of three kinds of meadow soil microbe in Wugong mountain is affected by the different altitude and the change trends of three kinds of meadow soil microbe are basically identical; different interference degrees have significant vdifferences on the three microbial quantity and moderate interference can increase the number of meadow soil microorganisms; different ecological factors have a certain influence on meadow soil microbial distribution.
