小金海棠中抗缺铁相关基因的杂交分析

摘  要:
以高效抗缺铁胁迫基因型苹果种小金海棠 (MalusxiaojinensisChengetJiang)为试材 ,以异源的玉米Fe(II) 转运蛋白基因 (irt)和小麦Nramp基因为探针进行了杂交分析。Southern杂交结果表明 ,小金海棠基因组中该两家族基因均存在。Northern杂交结果表明 ,在根中 ,irt的转录受缺铁胁迫诱导 ,并随缺铁胁迫处理天数的增加而加强 ;在根和叶中 ,Nramp基因均能得以转录且叶中的转录受缺铁胁迫诱导而加强

摘  要:
Using Fe(II)-transporter gene (irt)of maize and Nramp gene of wheat as probes, these two genes were investigated in Malus xiaojinensis Cheng et Jiang by blotting hybridization technique. Southern blot suggested that the genome of Malus xiaojinensis Cheng et Jiang had these two family genes. Northern blot suggested that the transcription of Fe(II)-transporter gene was induced and strengthened by iron stress in roots; The transcription of Nramp gene was induced in both roots and leaves and strengthened in leaves by iron stress. irt and Nramp genes of Malus xiaojinensis Cheng et Jiang may play a crucial role in resistance to iron stress.
