草酸毒素在油菜抗病育种中的应用

摘  要:
本文研究了油菜菌核病草酸毒素在组织和细胞水平的毒性影响。结果表明:草酸对油菜叶片、愈伤组织、游离细胞和原生质体具有直接的毒害作用,不同感病程度的油菜品种(系)对草酸的敏感性不同,这种组织和细胞水平上毒素敏感性表达可用于抗(耐)病性筛选,并提供抗源筛选新途径。

摘  要:
The direct toxic effects of oxalic acid on detached leaves, calli, isolated cells and protoplasts of oilseed rape (Brassica napus) were determined at organ and cell levels. The results indicate that the sensitivity to oxalic acid varies in the different levels of susceptibility of varieties (lines), and there are high tolerant to toxin at cell levels or permeability barriers of toxin in the organ of varieties (lines) with lower susceptibility. This provides a new method to screen the resistance (tolerance) and a new way to select novel resistance resources.
