苹果和土壤中三乙膦酸铝含量的气相色谱分析

摘  要:
[目的]研究三乙膦酸铝农药在苹果及土壤中的残留量,以促进安全生产。[方法]样品采用硫酸溶液提取,三甲基硅重氮甲烷正己烷溶液进行衍生,通过气相色谱-火焰光度检测器测定,面积外标法定量检测。[结果]方法检出限为9.5×10-3mg/kg,回收率为79.8%~117.1%,相对标准偏差为7.0%~12.3%。[结论]该方法简便、快速、准确度高、精密度好。

摘  要:
[Objective] To study the residues of fosetyl-aluminium in apple and soil and promote the safety production. [Method] Samples were extracted by sulfuric acid,purified by trimethylsilyl diazomethane,and determined by GC-FPD. [Result] The detectable limit of this method was 9. 5 × 10- 3mg / kg,the average recovery rate was 79. 8%- 117. 1%,the relative standard deviation was 7. 5%- 12. 3%. [Conclusion] The method was fast,simple and sensitive with good accuracy.
