循环水养殖中放养密度对点带石斑鱼幼鱼生长、存活和水质的影响

将体质量(14.12±0.27)g的点带石斑鱼Epinephelus malabaricus幼鱼饲养在室内循环水、直径40cm×水深50cm池中,每个池中15(G15)、30(G30)和45(G45)尾,投喂常规饲料,每周测2次水质。6周的养殖结果表明:养殖时间和放养密度均影响点带石斑鱼的生长、存活和水质。养殖过程中,成活率为80.00~93.33%,养殖时间延长,密度越大,成活率越低,G15组的成活率显著高于G45组(P<0.05)。试验结束时,点带石斑鱼的增重率(WGR)变化在(97.17±1.01)%~(99.79±0.22)%之间,特定生长率(SGR)在(1.62±0.32)%/d~(1.65±0.43)%/d之间变化,G15与G45间差异显著(P<0.05),而各组鱼的肝体比(HIS)、内脏比(VSI)和肥满度(CF)差异不显著(P>0.05)。G45组的平均溶解氧浓度(DO,5.13mg/L)显著低于G15组(5.79mg/L)(P<0.05),而无机氮(DIN,1.331mg/L)、化学需氧量(COD,2.27mg/L)和活性磷(PO43--P,0.189mg/L)却显著高于G15组(P<0.05)。

摘  要:
Malabar grouper Epinephelus malabaricus juveniles with body weight of(14.12± 0.27)g were reared in a 40 cm×50 cm tank in an indoor recirculating aquaculture system at stocking density of 15(G15), 30(G30)and 45(G45)individuals per tank for six weeks to evaluate the effects of stocking density on growth and survival of malabar grouper and water quality. The results showed that growth and survival of malabar grouper and water quality were influenced by culture elapse and stocking density. In the experiment,survival was shown to be changed from 80.00% to 93.33%, the more culture elapse and stocking density were, the lower survival was,significantly higher survival in G15 than in G45(P < 0.05). The malabar grouper had weight gain rate(WGR)from(97.17±1.01)% to(99.79±0.22)% and specific growth rate(SGR)from(1.62±0.32)%/d to(1.65±0.43)%/d, significant difference between G15 and G45. There were no significant differences in hepato-somatic index(HIS), visceral-somatic index(VSI)and condition factor(CF)between G15 and G45(P<0.05). There was significantly lower dissolved oxygen level(DO, 5.13 mg/L)in G45 than that in G15(5.79mg/L)(P < 0.05), while there were significantly higher levels of dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN, 1.331 mg/L), COD(2.27 mg/L)and PO43--P(0.189 mg/L)in G15 than those in G15(P < 0.05).
