Determination of Cu,Pb and Cd Content in PORIA by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘  要:
[Objective]To determine the contents of Cu,Pb and Cd in PORIA by atomic absorption spectrometry.[Method]Different PORIA samples were collected,and then digested in the mixed solution of concentrated HNO3 and HClO4(4∶1),the content of Cu in the sample solution was determined by FAAS,while that of Pb and Cd were determined by GFAAS.The contents of Cu,Pb and Cd in the 6 PPRIA samples were determined.[Result]The contents of Cu,Pb and Cd in the six PORIA samples all met the limit control of heavy metals in traditional Chinese medicine in China.[Conclusion]The method was rapid,sensitive and stable,which could be applicable to the quality control of the PORIA market.
