基质差异对生态浮床水质净化效果的影响研究

摘  要:
选取美人蕉作为生态浮床的植物,组建3个平行的生态浮床,分别为纯植物生态浮床(Floating Bed with Plants Pure,FB-PP)、陶粒基质生态浮床(Floating Bed with Light Ceramsite,FB-LC)和竹丝基质生态浮床(Floating Bed with Filamentous Bamboo,FB-FB),研究这3种生态浮床去除营养盐(N,P)的效果和机理以及不同基质条件下的美人蕉生长特性。研究结果表明:在25~28℃水温条件下,水质交换时间为3d,FB-FB和FB-LC对TN、TP平均去除率分别为23.9%、21.8%和30.6%、22.1%,而FB-PP对TP平均去除率15.9%,TN却呈负数增长。对于植物生长速率顺序是:FB-FB>FB-LC>FB-PP。说明在生态浮床中增加基质对提高营养盐的去除和提高植物生理生化特性具有良好的效果。

摘  要:
Three parallel ecological floating beds were developed with the Canna as hydrophyte,the ecological floating beds involved floating bed with plants pure(FB-PP),floating bed with light ceramsite(FB-LC)and floating bed with filamentous bamboo(FBFB).The nutrient compounds(N,P)removal efficiency,mechanisms and the growth characteristics of the Canna in the different ecological floating beds were investigated.The experimental results indicated that the TN,TP removal rate of the FB-FB and FB-LC reached 23.9%,21.8% and 30.6%,22.1%,respectively;the TP removal rate of FB-PP was 15.9%,the TN removal rate was negative;the experimental conditions was that water temperature was 25~28 ℃ and water exchange time was 3days;the sequence of the Canna growth velocity was FB-FB > FB-LC > FB-PP.The results showed that the TN,TP removal rate could significantly increase and enhance the Canna characteristics due to the substrates added into the ecological floating beds system.
