超高密度过饱和盐水钻井液体系研究

摘  要:
为解决巨厚盐膏层钻井及在盐膏层中定向造斜钻井的井壁稳定问题,必须要有高密度钻井液来平衡盐膏层蠕变。通过过饱和盐水设计、加重方式选择、处理剂优选与评价,建立一套超高密度过饱和盐水钻井液体系。结果表明:超高密度过饱和钻井液采用过饱和盐水设计,从根本上防止地层中的盐溶入钻井液。钻井液体系在密度2.60g/cm3时,依然具有较好的流变性能,塑性黏度小于60mPa·s,并且具有较好的抗侵污性能、抑制性能及抗温性能。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problems in the drilling of gypsum and directional drilling and deflecting in the gypsum layers,there should be a high density drilling fluid to balance the creep of gypsum salt bed.Through supersaturated saline design,selection aggravated modes,treatment agent selection and evaluation,a set of ultra high density saturated salt water drilling fluid systems were established.The results show that the ultra high density saturated brine is designed by using saturated salt solution,it can prevent dissolved brine drilling fluid coming into the formation fundamentally.Drilling fluid system has good rheological property in density of 2.60g/cm3.The plastic viscosity is less than 60mPa·s,and has good performance of anti-contamination,inhibition and heat resistance.
