摘 要:
本文分析了新时期、新形势、新任务对高等农业院校教学和科研的双重要求及综合大学与其所属学院的双向效应,提出应充分利用综合大学的教学资源和教学研究型学院的教学、科研优势,根据经济全球化和农业结构调整、发展农村经济、建设现代农业的方向和目标,建立教学和研究的互动与互进机制,通过调整专业设置,提高办学层次、更新教学内容、改革教学方式方法和人才培养模式、改善教学条件、建立产学研联合培养基地、加强学生创新和创业能力的培养,全面提高本科教学质量,并根据评价本科教学质量的科学指标与体系,严格本科教学的制度建设与执行,使教学研究型学院中本科教学质量得到保证和可持续发展。

摘 要:
This article, pointed out an urgency and importance to improve the teaching quality of ordinary course at present, and analysed the double demands of new time, new situation, and new tasks to teaching and scientific research of higher agricultural college and the effects of double directions between university and its college . It was proposed that the teaching resources in university and the superiority of teaching and scientific research in college of teaching-researching type should be fully used, and that based on globalization of economy and the direction and objects of regulation on economic structure of agriculture, and development of agricultural economy, and building the modern agriculture,the ordinary course teaching must be enhanced at quality through establishment of mechanism for mutual response and promotion between ordinary course teaching and scientific research, and regulation of speciality placement, and enhancement of ordinary arrangement of education, and renewal of teaching contents, and reformation of teaching methods and ways, and culture models for students of ability, and improvement of teaching conditions, and establishment of foundation together for production, teaching and research, and strengthening the ability cultivation of creation and pioneer to students, and so on. At the same time, based on the scientific index and system for evaluating the teaching quality of ordinary course,it must be strict to build and carry out a principle of ordinary course teaching for ensuring an unceasingly promotion of teaching quality, and an unceasingly creation of teaching reformation of ordinary course, and a sustainable development of teaching and scientific research in college of teaching-researching type.
