柑桔促进与抑制成花情况下的激素与核酸代谢

摘  要:
暗柳橙去叶抑花(与留叶促花相比)对梢尖内GA无明显影响,但在生理分化期阻滞ABA和CTK上升,阻滞IAA下降,降低ABA和CTK对GA和IAA比值,同时降低芽内总核酸及DNA水平,但对RNA无明显影响。喷GA抑花(与环剥促花相比)导致芽内总核酸和 RNA的低水平,但对DNA无明显影响。四季桔浇水抑花(与控水促花相比)导致梢尖GA高水平,提高IAA水平,降低 ABA 水平。不管是“促”或是“抑”,起相同生物效应的不同因子之间的调节机理可以不完全相同。

摘  要:
Potted calamondin and field orange trees were used to investigate the endogenous hormones and nucleic acids changes in the shoot tips and in the buds respectively. Leaf removal to inhibit flower-bud formation(FBF), as compared with leaf retention to promote FBF,did not alter the gibberellin(GA) status,but retarded the rising of abscisic acid(ABA) and cytokinin (CTK) levels and the descent of IAA level, resulting in the decrease of the ratios of ABA and CTK to GA or IAA. In the meantime,leaf removal depressed the synthesis of total nucleic acids and DNA, but did not apparently influence RNA. GA-spraying to inhibit FBF, as compared with girdling to promote FBF, led to low levels of total nu-cleic acids and RNA. FBF was accompanied by lower RNA/DNA ratio in the former case, whereas by higher RNA/DNA ratio in the latter case. Frequent watering to inhibit FBF,as compared to water-withholding to promote FBF,led to high GA level and enhanced IAA level, but depressed the ABA accumulation. For all that, the abovesaid hormone ratios were also decreased. Different factors leading to a same biological effect, regardless whe-ther they are "promoting" or "inhibiting" FBF, may act through not entirely the same regulating mechanism.
