铝热焊接技术的开发与应用

摘  要:
铝热焊接技术具有设备简单、热容量大、作业时间短及接头平顺性好等优点,在铁路钢轨、电力系统接地网及大截面构件的焊接中得到广泛应用,但目前国内有关铝热焊技术的标准尚不完善。通过介绍铝热焊的基本原理及铝热焊剂的具体要求,在此基础上重点总结了铝热焊技术在铁路钢轨、电气工程、石油管路中的应用现状,提出了铝热焊技术的研究方向。

摘  要:
Aluminium heat welding technology has the advantages of simple equipment,large heat capacity,short operation time and joint comfort and other advantages. It is widely used in railway rail,power system grounding grid,and large cross section component. However,the domestic standard of aluminum heat welding technology is not perfect. This paper introduces the basic principle of the aluminum heat welding and the specific requirements of the aluminum heat flux,summarizes application status of aluminum welding technology in railway rail,electrical engineering and oil pipeline,and puts forward research direction of the technology of aluminum welding.
