温室微型马铃薯晚疫病流行动态初步研究

摘  要:
通过在温室微型马铃薯幼苗上进行人工接种马铃薯晚疫病病菌 (Phytophthorainfestans) ,结合逐日的天气变化情况和温室逐小时的温湿度变化 ,对马铃薯晚疫病在温室条件下的流行动态进行了初步研究。结果表明 ,温室微型马铃薯晚疫病侵染高峰日必需的温湿度条件和天气条件为 :①日温度变化在 11.5~ 2 4℃之间 ;②日最低相对湿度高于 95 % ;③降雨至少积累 8.5h以上。其中温室条件下降雨对该病的影响不仅在于增加了空气的相对湿度 ,而且还在于降低了光照强度。

摘  要:
Artificial inoculations were made on the seedings of mini potato in glasshouse to study the epidemic tendencies. The hourly change of air temperature and relative humidity in glasshouse and the daily change of weather condition were recorded. The weather data were combined with the epidemic of potato late blight, and the crucial weather conditions for highly infection period were defined as follows: ① the air temperature during the day ranges from 11.5℃ to 24℃; ② the lowest relative humidity is 95% and the precipitation time is at least 8.5 hours. The function of the precipitation is not only improving the relative humidity of the air but also lowering the irradiation.
