高校合并为图书馆带来了前所未有的发展契机,以河北联合大学为例,在综合分析了图书馆面临的机遇和挑战、具有的优势和劣势的基础上,分别从领导机构、管理模式、馆藏布局、网络系统、资源建设、特色服务等几方面提出了图书馆的整合途径和发展对策,以促进两馆尽快实现融合发展。

摘  要：
Merger of the colleges has brought unprecedented opportunity for development for the library,Hebei United University for example,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of opportunities and challenges libraries facing,the advantages and disadvantages too,proposed the integrated way and developed countermeasures to the library respectively from the aspects of the leading agencies,management models,collections layout,network systems,resources construction and special services,in order to promote the two museums to achieve the integrated development as soon as possible.
