红薯藤中黄酮提取条件的优化

摘  要:
采用温浸法来提取红薯藤中的黄酮,通过单因素试验探讨了乙醇体积分数(0%、30%、45%、60%、75%)、浸提时间(10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min)、液料比(15∶1、30∶1、45∶1、60∶1、75∶1)、浸提温度(40℃、50℃、60℃、70℃、80℃)对黄酮提取的影响。在此基础上,采用L9(34)正交设计试验,得出温浸法提取红薯藤黄酮的最佳条件为液料比40∶1,乙醇浓度75%,浸提时间40 min,水浴温度70℃,在该条件下黄酮的得率达到1.07%。

摘  要:
In the experiment,the flavonoids in the stems of sweet potato were extracted by warm immersion.Four single fac-tor experiments were designed to explore the effect of ethanol concentration(0%,30%,45%,60%,75%),extraction time(10 min,20 min,30 min,40 min,50 min),liquid solid ratio(15∶1,30∶1,45∶1,60∶1,75∶1) and extraction temperature(40℃,50℃,60℃,70℃,80℃) on the extraction of flavonoids.On the basis of single factor experiment,a L9(34) orthogonal test was per-formed.Its results showed that the optimum parameters of extracting flavonoids by warm immersion were: liquid to solid ratio of 40∶1,75% volume fraction of ethanol,extraction time of 40 min and water bath temperature of 70℃.Finally,the yield rate of flavonoids reached to 1.07%.
