日粮赖氨酸水平对0~6周龄武定鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响

摘  要：
为研究不同赖氨酸水平日粮对0~6周龄武定鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响。选择0日龄武定鸡90只,采用单因子试验设计,随机分成赖氨酸水平分别为0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%,1.4%的5种日粮处理,每处理3个重复,每重复6只鸡,混养;饲喂能量水平和蛋白质水平为12.6 MJ/kg、19.35%。结果表明:不同赖氨酸水平对日增重、日采食量、料重比以及期末体重均有显著影响(P<0.05);赖氨酸水平与增重和料重比拟合,呈二次曲线关系,相关系数分别为0.99和0.96;不同赖氨酸水平对ALT/GPT,AST/GOT,血尿素氮无显著影响(P>0.05),血尿酸有显著影响(P<0.05)。可见,以全期增重、料重比为衡量指标,0~6周龄武定鸡的赖氨酸水平分别为1.03%和1.02%,武定鸡的生长性能最好。

摘  要：
In order to study the effect of diet with different Lys levels on growth performance and blood biochemical indexes on 0 ~ 6 weeks Wuding chicken,5 groups whose Lys level 0. 6%,0. 8%,1. 0%,1. 2% and 1. 4% were set based on single factor design and randomly assortment. Each group3 repeats and each repeat 6 birds,energy and protein level were set 12. 6 MJ / kg and 19. 35%. The results showed that: different Lys levels had significant impact on daily gain,daily feed intake,gain rate and the final weight( P < 0. 05); a quadratic curve of which correlation coefficient was 0. 99 and0. 96 respectively,was matched by Lys level with weight and gain rate; there were no significant effect between Lys and ALT / GPT,AST / GOT and blood urea nitrogen( P > 0. 05),but a remarkable effect on blood uric acid( P < 0. 05) was found. Over all,measured with total gain and gain rate,the Lys levels were 1. 03% and 1. 02% when 0 ~ 6 weeks Wuding chicken got the best growth performance.
