基于尿素-SCR后处理系统还原剂喷射单元开发

摘  要:
针对日益更新的柴油车排放标准,开发了以尿素为喷射还原剂的新型电子控制单元(DCU),并对其控制策略进行了研究。采用型号MC9S12DG256的16位高速单片机作为控制单元,它具有结构紧凑、性能可靠的特点,并且良好地提高了工作效率。根据发动机实际的NOX排放量和催化剂对NOX的转化效率,动态控制还原剂的喷射量,并通过台架试验进行验证。最终对开环控制策略与闭环控制策略进行了比较。

摘  要:
Aimed at the increasingly updated diesel emission standard,the dosing control unit(DCU)was developed with urea as the injection reducing agent,and its control strategy was studied.Using model MC9S12DG256 16-bit high-speed microcontroller as the control unit,with characteristics of compact structure and reliable performance,its working efficiency was greatly improved.According to the actual NOx emissions and catalyst for NOx conversion efficiency of engine,injection amount of reducing agent was dynamically control,and open loop control strategies were compared with closed loop control strategies by bench tests.
