γ-氨基丁酸对热应激奶牛泌乳性能和血液抗氧化酶、激素及离子的影响

摘  要:
为研究包被γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)缓解奶牛热应激的效果及其机制,20头荷斯坦奶牛随机均分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组,分别于饲料中添加包被GABA 0、5、10和15g/d,饲喂30 d。结果显示:添加GABA使奶牛泌乳量增加,乳中总干物质、乳脂、乳蛋白升高而乳糖降低;血清GABA水平、生长激素、胰岛素、三碘甲腺原氨酸和甲状腺素升高,皮质醇降低;血脂和血中钠、钙、磷、氯、HCO3-的浓度升高,血钾降低;血糖浓度第15天升高,而第30天时下降;血清超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性升高,丙二醛浓度降低。随着GABA添加量的增加,各项指标与Ⅰ组间差异加大,尤以Ⅳ组效果最为显著。研究结果表明,饲料中添加GABA提高了奶牛的生产性能,有效缓解了热应激,其中,以添加15 g/d GABA效果最好。

摘  要:
To investigate the alleviate effect of coated γ-aminobutyric acid( GABA) on the cows exposed to heat stress,20 Holstein cows were randomly divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups with five replicates in each group. The coated GABA were added to the basal diets inⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups at the amount of 0,5,10 and 15 g /d respectively. The results showed that supplementation of GABA increased cow' s lactation performance. The production of milk,and dry matter,fat and protein in milk were increased,whereas lactose in milk was reduced. The levels of GABA,growth hormone,insulin,triiodothyronine and thyroxine in sera were elevated,whereas cortisol level was reduced. The concentrations of lipids and sodium,calcium,phosphorus,chlorine,HCO_3~ˉin blood were increased. In contrast,the concentration of potassium in blood was decreased. Interestingly,blood glucose levels were elevated on 15 d,whereas decreased on 30 d. The activities of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px) were elevated while the concentrations of malondialdehyde( MDA)were decreased. Compared with control group,with the increase of GABA added in diet,the above differences were more significant,especially between groups Ⅰ and Ⅳ. It suggests that the GABA supplementation to cow's diet improved lactation performance and alleviated heat stress effectively. And the optimal concentration of GABA is 15 g / day.
