常用杀虫剂混用对桑粉虱的联合作用及田间药效评价

摘  要:
[目的]为了获得对桑粉虱具有较高防效的杀虫剂配方。[方法]选取防治桑粉虱的常用杀虫剂灭多威、敌敌畏和虫螨腈进行试验,以药膜法比较其单剂和不同配比混剂的室内生物活性,进行混剂配比筛选,并评价其最佳配比的田间药效。[结果]灭多威与虫螨腈复配具有显著的增效作用,其最佳配比为60.3∶39.7,该配比稀释145.6~291.2 mg/L对田间桑粉虱药后1~5 d的防效均在98%以上。[结论]该配比表现出较高的防治效果,在生产上具有应用价值。

摘  要:
[Aims] This study aims to obtain the high-efficacy insecticides for control of Pealius mori Takahashi in mulberry fields. [Methods] In-door toxicity and the two-two mixtures of common insecticides including methomyl,dichlorvos and chlorfenapyr were measured via residual film, and the field efficacy of their optimal ratio against P.mori were evaluated. [Results] The results showed that these insecticides methomyl and chlorfenapyr mixture at the optimal ratio of 60.3∶39.7 indicated significant synergism to P. mori adults. Field efficacy at optimal ratio showed a high control effect against P. mori, and the efficacies was above 98% at 145.6-291.2 mg/L on the 1 st to 5 th day after treatment. [Conclusions] This mixture at optimal ratio has a promising controlling effect to P. mori in mulberry field.
