紫茎泽兰入侵地和非入侵地土壤微生物的数量比较研究

摘  要:
采用培养法测定紫茎泽兰入侵地和非入侵地土壤微生物(细菌、放线菌、真菌、自生固氮菌、纤维分解菌、钾细菌和有机磷细菌)在春夏秋冬4个季节的数量,比较其入侵地和非入侵地土壤微生物数量的差异,并对不同类群微生物数量进行相关分析。结果表明,(1)紫茎泽兰入侵地和非入侵地土壤微生物数量在4个季节变化的规律相似,土壤放线菌的数量在秋季最多,春季较少;其他类群微生物的数量在春季和夏季较多,秋季较少。(2)紫茎泽兰入侵影响土壤微生物的数量,致使入侵地土壤细菌数量多于非入侵地,非入侵地土壤放线菌、自生固氮菌、纤维分解菌、钾细菌和有机磷细菌的数量多于入侵地;入侵地土壤中真菌数量在春季极显著多于非入侵地,在夏季和冬季分别显著和极显著少于非入侵地。(3)紫茎泽兰入侵影响土壤细菌与其他类群微生物数量间的相关性,入侵地土壤细菌与真菌、钾细菌和有机磷细菌之间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),非入侵地土壤细菌仅与自生固氮菌之间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。

摘  要:
The numbers of soil microorganisms(bacteria,actinomycetes,fungi,free-living dizotrophs,cellulolytic bacteria,silicate bacteria and organic phosphate bacteria) in invaded and non-invaded areas of Eupatorium adenophorum in 4 seasons were determined and compared.The correlation analyses were calculated between the numbers of different microbe groups.The results showed that:(1) The variations of the numbers of soil microorganisms in invaded and non-invaded areas in 4 seasons were similar,the number of soil actinomycetes in autumn was maximum but relatively low in spring;the numbers of other microorganisms were relative high in spring and summer but low in autumn.(2) Invasion influenced the numbers of soil microorganisms which caused to the higher number of soil bacteria in invaded area than that in non-invaded area,the numbers of soil actinomycetes,nitrogen-fixing bacteria,cellulose decomposing bacteria,potassium bacteria and phosphorus bacteria in non-invaded area were more than that in invaded area;in spring the number of soil fungi in invaded area was extremely significantly higher than that in non-invaded area,the number of fungi in the summer and winter was significant or extremely significant lower than that in non-invaded area.(3) Invasion affected the correlation between the numbers of soil bacteria and other microorganisms,there was a significant positive correlation between soil bacteria and fungi,silicate bacteria and organic phosphate bacteria(P < 0.01)in invaded area,but in non-invaded area only soil bacteria had highly significant positive correlation(P < 0.01)with free-living dizotrophs.
