陆地棉不同纤维强度品种棉铃与纤维发育研究

摘  要:
在棉铃形成最后的10~12天,棉铃各组分干重和内部营养物质含量的变化均较大,高强力纤维品系 PD9223的变化幅度明星大于低强力纤维品种徐州514。因此,在棉铃能够正常成熟吐絮的情况下,采取任何催熟措施,使其过早结束成熟阶段,对种子和纤维发育都是不利的。特别是对优质纤维品种更为不利。高强力纤维品系 PD9223种仁中脂肪含量,显著高于低强力纤维品种徐州514,而蛋白质含量则显著低于徐州514。根据有关测定资料的相关分析,可以推断种子中脂肪和蛋白质含量与纤维品质可能也存在一定的联系。从两种纤维强度品种(系)年度间棉铃组分干物质分配的变化,可以看出,高强力纤维品系 PD9223棉铃发育对环境条件的敏感性大于低强力纤维品种徐州514。

摘  要:
In the final 10 to 12 days of cotton boll formation (maturing stage),variations in dry weight of boll components and nutrient contents were both relatively large.The variation ranged wider in high fibre strength variety"D9223"than in low strength variety"Xuzhou 514"at this stage.It is therefore unfavourable to adopt any measures to accelerate seed and fibre development if they can normally mature and opening,especially for high fibre strength varieties.The fat content in high fiber strength variety"PD9223"was significantly higher than that in low strength variety "Xuzhou 514",while the protein content in"PD9223"was significantly lower than that in"Xuzhou 514".Correlation analysis indicated that fat and protein contents sight have certain effect on fibre qualities.From changes in allocation of dry matter amony boll components of the two types of varieties in different years,it could be seen that high fibre strength variety"PD9223"was more sensitive to the environment than low strength variety"Xuzhou 514".This is a problem that should be paid sore attention to and studied further in cotton breeding.
