民办高等院校大学生自我领导能力培养策略研究

摘要：

高校作为培养人才的基地,学生通过理论知识和实践能力相结合,可提升学生的综合能力。文章对大学生自我领导能力进行概述,对民办高等院校大学生自我领导能力分析,通过行为能力、认知能力和意志能力对学生的自我领导能力进行探析。对民办高等院校大学生自我领导能力培养策略进行研究,通过提升责任意识、增加内在价、值变革思维导向、调节自身情绪等,对民办高等院校大学生自我领导能力进行有效培养。

摘要：

As a base for cultivating talents,students can improve their comprehensive ability through the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical ability.This paper summarizes the self-leader ability of college students,analyzes the self-leader ability of college students in private colleges,and analyzes the self-leader ability of students through behavioral ability,cognitive ability and willpower.This paper studies the self-leadership training strategies of private colleges and universities,and enhances the self-leadership ability of private colleges and universities by raising the sense of responsibility,increasing the intrinsic price,changing the value of thinking, and adjusting their own emotions.
