基于粮食安全生产的黑龙江垦区农业循环经济发展研究

摘  要：
农业循环经济是保障国家农业可持续发展的重要途径,黑龙江垦区作为我国重要的粮食生产基地之一,发展循环农业是实现黑龙江垦区粮食安全生产的一种重要发展模式。通过分析黑龙江垦区农业循环经济发展现状,剖析了存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。即合理利用资源及保护生态环境、提高垦区农业生产者的素质、健全垦区农业循环经济的财政支持体系、增强垦区农业循环经济的技术水平,从而推动黑龙江垦区农业循环经济的顺利发展。

摘  要：
Agricultural circular economy was an important way to ensure the sustainable development of national agriculture,Heilongjiang reclamation area was one of the most important grain production base in China,the development of circular agriculture in Heilongjiang reclamation area was an important development mode to achieve food safety production.Through the analysis of Heilongjiang reclamation area economy development of agricultural circulation,the existing problems were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,which were the reasonable use of resources,protection of the ecological environment,improvement of the quality of agricultural producers in reclamation area,soundness of the economic cycle agriculture in reclamation area of financial support system,enhancement of the technical level of agriculture in reclamation area circular economy,to promote the smooth development of agricultural circular economy in Heilongjiang reclamation area.
