采用DAS-ELISA和RT-PCR方法对马兜铃病毒病的研究

摘  要：
采用DAS-ELISA和RT-PCR技术对甘肃省药用植物——马兜铃上的病毒病进行了检测,结果表明:马兜铃病毒病的症状主要有黄斑型(表现为叶片叶肉组织出现大小不等斑块,叶片变小并呈现缺刻变形)和网纹型(出现叶片大小的叶脉组织并变黄等);ToMV和CMV是感染马兜铃的主要病毒毒源,并且这2种病毒在一种症状中存在复合侵染的现象。这一结果为马兜铃病毒病的防治提供了理论依据。

摘  要：
Virus disease of Aristolochia debilis(medicinal plant)was detected by using DAS-ELISA & RT-PCR technology in Gansu Province.Result shows that the symptom of virus disease for Aristolochia debilis is mainly macular(mesophyll of leaves appear patches with varying sizes,the leaves turn small and appear deformation notch)and reticulate type(appear mesophyll such as the size of the leaves and turn yellow).Result shows that ToMV &CMV are the main sources of virus which infected Aristolochia debilis.Both viruses exist in phenomenon of mixed infection in one symptom,which provide theoretical basis for controlling virus disease of Aristolochia debilis.
