濒危植物风箱果有性繁殖技术的研究

摘  要:
自然分布的风箱果(Physocapus amurensis)很难见到实生幼苗,自然更新能力较差。通过对风箱果种子的不同处理方法和采用不同的播种方式试验,探讨适合于风箱果种子繁殖的技术。试验结果表明:低温冷藏后的风箱果种子,清水浸泡48h出苗率有明显提高;用200mg!L-1赤霉素(GA3)处理72h的种子出苗效果较好;播种深度在0.2cm时出苗率最高。

摘  要:
Natural-distributed Physocapus amurensis seedlings whose natural regeneration capacity is poor has rarely been found.Through experiments with different treatments &different sowing mode on seeds of Physocapus amurensis technology which was suitable to propagation of seeds of Physocapus amurensis was discussed.Result shows that:after soaked in water for 48hgermination rate of seeds for Physocapus amurensis after cold storage increase significantly;seed germination effect is optimal by treating 200mg·L-1 GA3after 72h;the germination rate is the highest while the sowing depth being 0.2cm.
