中草药饲料添加剂对断奶仔猪养分消化率、血液免疫性能的影响

摘  要：
试验在完成中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率、血浆生化指标的基础上,探讨其对养分消化率、血液免疫性能的影响。将白头翁、黄连、黄柏、金荞麦、黄芪、朱砂莲等6味中草药,按照301020201010和103020201010的比例分别配制成"组方1"和"组方2"。以150头断奶仔猪为试验动物,采用单因素随机区组设计,分成5个处理:对照组、处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组、处理Ⅲ组、处理Ⅳ组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组仔猪饲喂为猪场常规日粮,处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组及处理Ⅲ、处理Ⅳ组分别在对照组的基础上添加0.5%、1.0%的"组方1"及"组方2"。测定指标包括:养分消化率和血液免疫生化指标。结果显示,处理Ⅲ组粗蛋白和粗脂肪的消化率高于对照组(P<0.05);各组粗纤维、灰分消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。处理组血浆IgM、IgG、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平高于对照组(P<0.05);各组IgA、IL-4、IL-2差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,处理Ⅲ组总体上优于对照组及其余处理组,能有效提高养分消化率,增强血液免疫能力,可用于生产实践替代抗生素。

摘  要：
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on nutrients digestibility,blood immune parameters weaned piglets based on the previous growth performance,diarrhea rate and plasma biochemical indexes.According to the proportion of 30:10:20:20:10:10 and 10:30:20:20:10:10,6 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine,including radix albino,rhizoma coptidis,cortex phellodendron,golden buckwheat,astragalus astragalus,cinnabar lotus were made into "formula 1" and "formula 2",respectively.One hundred and fifty weaned piglets were randomly divided into five treatments:control,treatment Ⅰ,treatment Ⅱ,treatment Ⅲ and treatment Ⅳ,with 3 replicates of 10 piglets individually.Control was fed basal diet.Treatment Ⅰ,treatment Ⅱ,treatment Ⅲ and treatment Ⅳ were added 0.5% and 1.0% "formula 1" and "formula 2" on the basal diet,respectively.Nutrients digestibility,plasma immune parameters and organ index were determined.The results showed that treatments Ⅲ resulted in higher digestibility of crude protein and ether extract than control(P<0.05).There were no differences in dry matter,crude fiber and ash digestibility(P>0.05).The 4 treatments had higher plasma immune parameters of IgM,IgG,IFN-γ and TNF-α over control(P<0.05) but not for IgA,IL-4 and IL-2(P>0.05).The indexes of thymus and spleen were unaffected by treatments(P>0.05).It is suggested that treatment Ⅲ could increase nutrients digestibility,enhance plasma immunity and therefore,could be applicated in the practice for replace of antibiotics.
