基于ANSYS甘蔗装载机的有限元分析

摘  要:
基于链传动具有平均传动比准确、传动效率高、结构紧凑和承载能力高的优点,设计了以链传动为主要传动方式的装载机。采用APDL参数化设计语言建立了装载机各主要零件模型。通过有限元分析,结果表明:以链传动为主要传动方式的装载机能够满足工作要求并且各主要零件能够满足强度和刚度要求。

摘  要:
Based on the chain has the advantage of accurate average ratio,high transmission efficiency,compact structure and high bearing capacity,the design of the loader mainly drived by chain transmission.The main parts of loader model is established By APDL parameter design language,by the finite element analysis,the results shows that the main transmission chain of way to meet the job requirements of loader and the main parts can satisfy the intensity and rigidity requirements.
