植物源性食品中噻酰菌胺残留的液相色谱串联质谱法检测

摘  要:
建立了植物源性食品中噻酰菌胺残留量的检测方法。样品用乙酸乙酯提取,凝胶渗透色谱和固相萃取法联用去除杂质。高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱仪测定,电喷雾电离,多反应离子监测模式检测。对噻酰菌胺的检出限为0.01mg/kg,线性范围为0.01~0.10mg/kg,选用了9种样本进行0.01、0.02、0.05mg/kg三个水平的添加回收验证实验,回收率范围为71.8%~117.0%,标准偏差为3.46%~9.49%。

摘  要:
Tiadinil residues was analysed in foodstuffs of plant origin. Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate, and clean-up and enrichment were performed by GPC(gel permeation chromatography) and SPE(solid phase extraction). Identification and quantifi cation were carried out by HPLC-MS/MS equipped with ESI in MRM mode. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.01 mg/kg, and the liner ranges were 0.01-0.10 mg/kg. Nine different samples were tested. In the spiked concentration range of 0.01-0.05 mg/kg, the recoveries were in the range of 71.8-117.0%, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were between 3.46 and 9.49%.
