摘 要：
以自主设计性实验为主导,在开放实验室的模式下,研究和实践生物技术实验教学方法。在实验教学环节中,将课内与课外实验结合、教师科研与学生自主设计实验相结合开发新实验,注重学生的实践能力和创新能力,经过实践在创新人才培养方面收到了很好的效果。

摘 要：
Taking the self-determination designing experiment as guidance, biotechnology experimental teaching method for students were studied and carried out in the opening laboratory mode. In the link of experiment teaching we had dereloped new experiment and paid attention to students’ practice ability and creation ability comb ined with extracurricular experiment and in-class experiment, instructor scientific research and self-determination designing experiment. The result showed that this mode could have obtain a good effect in the creation cultivation.
