资源环境和社会经济系统可持续发展协调度研究——以四川省宜宾市南溪区为例

摘  要:
资源环境和社会经济系统作为影响可持续发展的两大巨系统,近年来针对两者协调度的研究取得了一定的进展。以宜宾市南溪区为例,采取定量分析,计算出南溪区当前和未来两个系统可持续发展的协调发展度。结果表明,南溪区资源环境和社会经济系统的发展类型已经由"过渡发展类"转向"协调发展类",发展类型的亚类有"资源环境系统"偏重转向"社会经济系统"偏重的趋势;南溪区两个系统可持续发展协调度不断提高,未来发展中理清两个系统之间的互利共生机制,有利于实现南溪区可持续发展的良性循环。

摘  要:
The resource-environment system and society-economy system are the two giant systems influencing the sustainable development. In recent years, the coordination degree analysis of the two systems has made certain progress.This paper took Nanxi District, Yibin City as an example, and adopted the quantitative analysis method to calculate the current and future coordination degree of sustainable development for the two systems. The results indicated that the development stage of resource-environment and society-economy systems has been transferred from the "over-developing stage" to "coordinated-developing stage". Under such major stage, a minor transition was found as well, that the development has been transferred from "resource-environment system relying type" to "society-economic system relying type". The increasing of coordination degrees for the two systems in Nanxi Distinct, and the clarification of the mutual benefit mechanism for the two systems in future development, can bring virtuous circle to the sustainable development for Nanxi Distinct.
