生物制药专业应用技术型人才培养模式的实践

摘  要：
国家教育部对近10a来新升本科院校的发展定位作出了重大调整,在这样的大背景下国内多所高校的人才培养模式发生了重大改变,由过去的高级人才培养定位向应用型人才培养转变。该文以大庆师范学院生物工程学院为例,从人才培养方案的制定、地方示范实习基地的建立、省外实习就业基地的开拓、创新实践活动的开展和双师型师资队伍的建设等几个方面阐述了在探索应用技术型人才培养模式过程中取得的经验、成绩和做法。

The experience and progress and practice in the process of exploration of applied technology talents train-ing mode were reviewed in this paper from the personnel training program,establishment of local demonstration prac-tice base,foreign practice and employment base development,the development of innovative practice and the con-struction of double qualified teachers using Bioengineering College of Daqing Normal University as an exemple.
