填闲作物的种植对下茬蔬菜产量及土壤硝态氮含量的影响

摘  要:
在北方连作蔬菜地休闲时期种植填闲作物(甜玉米),研究了不同施氮处理下填闲作物的种植对下茬作物菠菜产量、硝酸盐含量和土壤NO3-N含量的影响。结果表明:传统施氮处理下填闲作物收获后,土壤中NO3-N残留量明显降低,下茬作物菠菜中硝酸盐含量和菠菜产量也随之降低。种植填闲作物前后土壤NO3-N含量(剖面0~120 cm)由1 772 kg/hm2降低到653 kg/hm2,2002年菠菜中硝酸盐含量比2001年菠菜中硝酸盐含量降低了42%,但同时菠菜产量也降低了81%。在优化施氮处理和经济施氮处理中填闲作物的种植对整个土壤剖面中NO3-N残留量影响较小,但对下茬作物菠菜中硝酸盐含量及产量影响较为明显,种植填闲作物前后土壤NO3-N含量由217 kg/hm2降低到124 kg/hm2,2个处理2002年菠菜中硝酸盐含量比2001年菠菜中硝酸盐含量分别降低了28%和23%,同时菠菜产量分别降低了84%和88%。从降低蔬菜地NO3-N淋失风险的角度分析,目前农民习惯采用的传统施氮处理的土壤可以利用种植填闲作物的方式降低土壤NO3-N淋失风险,但优化施氮处理和经济施氮处理不宜采用。

摘  要:
Effect of nitrogen-catch crop(sweet maize) on vegetable yields and nitrate content of vegetable rotation system in north China was studied.The results showed that nitrate content in soil profile and nitrate content of spinach reduced;and vegetable yield also decreased obviously after the introduction of nitrogen-catch crop under traditional applied N-fertilizer treatment.Nitrate content in soil profile(0~120 cm) reduced from 1 772 kg/hm2 before seeding to 653 kg/hm2 after harvest.Nitrate content of spinach in 2002 reduced by 42 % compared with that in 2001,but spinach yield in 2002 reduced by 81 %.The effect of nitrogen-catch crop on nitrate content in the whole soil profile was small under the improved and economic applied N-fertilizer treatments,but nitrate content and vegetable yield reduced obviously.Nitrate content of spinach in 2002 reduced by 28 % and 23 %,respectively,compared with those in 2001.Meanwhile spinach yield reduced by 84 % and 88 %.With a view to reduce the latent risk of nitrate leaching,the method of nitrogen-catch crop could be adopted in traditional farming.However,the improved and economic applied N-fertilizer treatment was improper.
