福建集体林区林木处置权制度变革探讨

摘  要：
福建集体林业产权制度改革产权明晰后,广大林农最关心的是与利益最直接相关的林木采伐处置权。通过对福建"以经营方案为依据,以小班面积为控制,以可持续经营为目标的森林采伐管理"制度进行研究和评价,探讨林木处置权制度变革对落实经营主体的林木处置权,对实现林业可持续经营具有现实意义。

摘  要：
After Fujian collective forestry reform of disposition rights and the property rights Defined,the majority of foresters are most concerned about the harvest disposition rights which the most directly related to the interests. In this article,based on the research and evaluation of "based on the management plan,controlled of the stand areas and gotten the forest harvesting management goals as sustainable management",pointed out the practical significance of the reformation of forest disposition rights changes implement of the dispose of the main body and forestry sustainable management.
