响应面优化紫苏籽油超声提取工艺研究

摘  要:
为了进一步研究紫苏籽油提取工艺,在非预浸提的情况下,应用超声提取法,对影响紫苏籽油提取率的显著性因素进行响应面Box-Behnken分析与优化。研究得出最优条件为:溶剂为体积分数70%乙醇溶液,固液比为1∶10 g/mL,时间为34.66 min,功率为80.93 W,水浴温度为59.92℃,实际平均提取率为23.78%±0.014%。结果表明,超声提取紫苏籽油合理有效,响应面优化该种提取工艺现实可靠。

摘  要:
In order to further research the extraction process of Perilla seed oil, non-pre-extraction ultrasonic extraction method was applied. And the response surface Box-Behnken analysis optimizations were carried out for the significant affecting factors of the Perilla seed oil extraction yield. The optimal conditions as follows: Ethanol solution with volume fraction of 70% as solvent, solid liquid ratio of 1∶10(g/mL), time of 34.66 min, power of 80.93 W, water bath temperature of 59.92℃. Actual average extraction yield was 23.78% ± 0.014%. The result indicated that the ultrasonic extraction of Perilla seed oil was reasonable and effective, response surface optimization of the extraction process was practical and reliable.
